Rohini McKee, MD, MPH, FASCRS, FACS
Dr. McKee specializes in laparoscopic and open colon and rectal surgery for benign and malignant disease. Her clinical interests include inflammatory bowel disease, pelvic floor disorders, and anorectal disease.
Dr. McKee is also involved in evaluating and improving surgical quality metrics. She is the liaison and surgeon champion for the surgery department at the University of New Mexico and the National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (NSQIP). Dr. McKee oversees resident education for the general surgery residency program as the director of Surgical Curriculum.
Dr. McKee received her Doctor of Medicine from St. John’s National Academy of Health Sciences. She completed her residency in general surgery and fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at Brown University. Dr. McKee then went on to obtain a Masters in Public Health at San Jose State University.
